BLOG #10 - Anti War

In today’s world when the US government is conducting military operations all over the world. The debate is surrounding different actions with only one in testimony. Different perceptions of the anti-war with hearing different voices. All over the mainstream can provide crucial counter balance to native Americans. Exploring all the different viewpoints that someone could have can have a shield over the military inventions and the diverse opinions of what it could shape into the public eye.

It’s very hard to find anti-war arguments on the Internet because I think people want to read what’s only benefiting our country and positive articles. I think with the saying of how the government always feeds us information we wanna hear. I think it’s getting really relevant in our times of today because of the rise of the media and the increase of people paying attention to our government in our world nowadays. The influence of social media and how it could spread fake news is even harder to find on base information. With all the different websites that have inaccurate misinformation can seek the different questions of different perspectives of what’s really happening.

The author really emphasizes how in World War II, the Vietnam war, and 9/11 have shaped the state of the globe in so many different ways, and how pointing out the wars have become a continuous present thing that happens in our our lives now, and how there should be more security in more public places that have access from other people that can enter from different countries. Anti-war voices may be pushed or harder to see because the challenging the new normal period of finding the conflict and confronting the shift is a big part of nowadays and societal values that could be often uncomfortable or even dangerous for people to argue about or have open arguments. 

Anti-war voices are different perspectives that are very unreasonable in mainstream media. By being represented, you could seek out unknown sources that could have a wide range of viewpoints that may be better for military operations and how it could impact them. Mainstream media often is influenced by power of political and economic interest. What’s looking at websites like the American conversation other features of stronger opinions or provided in different perspectives that have ongoing conflict. With the main street, narrative and challenge of the different interests, the voices may be disrupted by hidden absurdity. I think the situation_is more important and shows how it seeks out different diverse and independent sources of information critically, examining all the different opinions and narratives that are on our digital media landscape.
